1. Overview

socia.media is committed to your privacy. We don't collect personal data unless necessary to provide our service, and we never sell your data.

2. What We Collect

• If you create an account: email, name, password hash (not plain text)
• If you save work: tool inputs, outputs, brand kit settings (on your request)
• Server logs: IP, User-Agent, request timestamp (for security, auto-purged after 30 days)
• Analytics: page views, device type, referrer (privacy-first: Plausible or Umami, no cookies)

3. Client-Side Processing

Most tools (calculators, generators, designers) run entirely in your browser. Your data does not leave your device unless you explicitly click "Save to dashboard" or "Export as PDF." We have no access to what you calculate, generate, or design unless you choose to save it.

4. Third-Party Tools

We do not use third-party APIs to fetch social media data (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn). All data you analyze must be user-pasted or user-uploaded. We never request API access from your accounts.

5. Your Rights

• Access: Download all your data anytime from /dashboard/settings
• Delete: Request full account deletion from /dashboard/settings — all data deleted within 7 days
• Opt-out: Analytics can be disabled in user settings

6. Updates

We may update this policy. Changes will be announced via email for registered users, and via this page for all users.
